New project. Tomatos in a box. 4" waterreservoir at bottom with wicking holes in drain tubes to absorb water up to the roots. No water from top down. Last ditch effort.

never seen or heard of this method. Good luck. We see those upside down tomato planters hanging around here. Will keep my eye on them! I hope this new method works.
Dear Brett, Sometimes you're the statue and sometimes you're the pigeon -- Lets hope it turns out you are the latter rather than the former. Raising tomatoes is not for the timid - hang in there I' sure you'll eventually get the hang of it. Love your Dad
